How the Process Works

We strive to make our process simple for customers, from the moment you pick up the phone to the implementation of the drainage survey and works.

• Step 1

  Call our friendly advisors to discuss your needs and to arrange a time slot that is convenient for you

• Step 2

  Your engineer will be despatched to meet this time slot, giving you an optional courtesy call 30 minutes prior

• Step 3

  Upon arrival, our team member will introduce themselves and discuss your drainage issue

• Step 4

  The drain survey itself will be conducted. Using a viable entry point, a specialist camera will be fed through your drainage system and will feed back footage to a live display unit

• Step 5

  Yourself and the engineer will review the footage together - our expert will describe their findings and make recommendations

• Step 6

  If you have selected our comprehensive package, you will also receive a full written report, video footage, still images and CAD drawings

• Step 7

  Should you require remedial work in the future, we are on hand to help
